New for 2026, the Health Procurement Zone at Procurex Ireland will bring together procurement and supply chain professionals from across Ireland’s healthcare sector, including the Republic and Northern Ireland, for a day of focused learning, collaboration, and insight.

The HSE is the largest purchaser of goods and services in the State and spends approximately €5.5bn on an annual basis. In order to deliver health and social care services, the HSE procures goods and services ranging from medicines, medical equipment, surgical supplies, personal aids, and medical services, through to national ICT systems.  Operating within a highly regulated environment, all HSE procurements are governed by complex EU and national legislation and seek to maintain the overall HSE goal of delivering effective and safe patient care
